Deler ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Deler web application and the Deler mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and preferred language. If you are invited to a team, we collect the information provided by the person who invited you.
We collect information about your team or company, including team name, team members, and organizational roles assigned within the platform.
We collect the content of parts requests you create, including descriptions, quantities, notes, and any photos or files you attach.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
If you enable push notifications on the mobile app, we collect a device token to deliver notifications to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We automatically collect basic technical information when you use the Service, such as browser type, device type, and general interaction patterns. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
