These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deler web application and the Deler mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Deler ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The Service supports multi-user teams with role-based access control. Team owners are responsible for managing team membership and permissions. We are not responsible for actions taken by team members within your organization's account.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including parts requests, attachments, and project data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your team.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly based on active projects and work units. You can change your project status at any time — billing adjusts accordingly.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, if you do not subscribe, your account will become read-only. Your data will be preserved and accessible if you choose to subscribe later.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Deler and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
